Where are you based?
Our workshop is at Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, and it's open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Customers in Fulham and across Central London either drop their device in or ask us to arrange collection.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Telling us about the fault and having us look the device over costs nothing, and you're under no obligation. The one exception is a fault that can only be traced by stripping the device down and removing the motherboard. That assessment is £45 + VAT, and we always ask before doing it.
How quickly can you fix it?
Simple repairs, such as a battery, a drive upgrade or virus removal, are often done the same day. Most other repairs take 1 to 2 working days. If a part has to be ordered we'll tell you how long before you decide.
