Who we are
Fulham Computer Repairs is a Creative IT service. Our workshop is at Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY. You can reach us on 020 7237 6805 or at info@fulhamcomputerrepairs.co.uk.
What we collect through this website
When you send the contact or estimate form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the description of your device and its fault, and a collection postcode if you give one. The form is delivered to us by email, together with the time it was sent and the IP address it was sent from, which we use only to block spam and abuse.
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Like every website, the server that hosts it keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which are used for security and troubleshooting.
What we collect when you use our services
If you book a repair or a data recovery we keep the contact details needed to carry out the job, send you a quote and invoice, and return your device.
Computers and drives left with us often contain personal files. We access the contents of a device only as far as is necessary to diagnose it, repair it or recover the data you have asked for, and we treat everything on it as confidential.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry or estimate request
- To carry out the work you have asked for and to contact you about it
- To keep the business records the law requires, such as invoices
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job records only for as long as we need them to deal with your request, to honour our warranty and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. To do any of these, email info@fulhamcomputerrepairs.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
