My MSI shows lines across the screen. Is it the screen or the graphics card?

We find out by connecting an external monitor. If the lines appear there too, the graphics side is at fault. If the external picture is clean, the laptop's screen or its cable needs replacing. That test is part of the free estimate.

Can you recover files from an MSI that won't start?

Yes. In most cases the drive is fine and we can copy your files off it directly. If the drive itself has failed, our laptop data recovery service takes over.

Can you collect my MSI laptop from Fulham or Central London?

Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
