Replacing a Creator screen properly
Creator laptops are sold on their screens, with high resolutions and wide colour coverage. When one cracks, the replacement needs to match the original panel's specification, not just its size. We identify the exact panel fitted to your machine and quote for a like-for-like part.

Common questions
Can you upgrade the storage in my MSI Creator or Prestige?
On most models, yes. They use M.2 NVMe drives, and we can fit a larger one with your system and files cloned across. We'll confirm for your exact model before quoting.
My MSI Modern won't charge over USB-C. Can that be fixed?
Yes. We test with a known-good charger first. If the port or the charging circuit on the board has failed, both are repairable.
Can you collect my MSI Creator and business laptop from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
