Is an older Air worth repairing?

Usually. A new battery restores hours of use, and a larger SSD gives an older Air room to breathe. If the logic board has failed we'll quote for the repair and tell you plainly whether we think it's good value for a machine of that age.

When the battery for your model is in stock it's often done the same day. Call ahead with the model and we'll check before you travel.

I spilled water on my MacBook Air and it still works. Should I bring it in?

Yes. Liquid left inside keeps corroding the board, and a MacBook that works today can fail weeks later. Switch it off and let us open and clean it.

Can you collect my MacBook Air from Fulham or Central London?

Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.

Will I lose my files?

Most repairs don't touch your files at all. If the job involves reinstalling the system or replacing the drive, tell us what you need to keep and we'll back it up or move it across first. Everything on your machine is treated as confidential.
