Do you have an office in City of London?
No. All recovery work is done at our own workshop at Willow Walk in Bermondsey, SE1. Customers in the City either bring the device to us or ask us to arrange collection. Call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode.
How much does data recovery cost in the City?
The initial consultation is free. Recovering deleted files from a standard hard drive is £99 + VAT. For a drive with a physical fault, the clean room diagnostic is £79 + VAT and recovery on a single drive is £450 + VAT for labour, plus a donor drive if one is needed. RAID recovery starts from £650 + VAT and NAS recovery from £450 + VAT.
My drive is clicking. What should I do?
Switch it off and leave it off. Clicking usually means the read heads have failed, and running the drive can scrape the platters and destroy the data. Don't open it and don't run recovery software. Call us.
