The m15 and m17 are Alienware's mainstream gaming laptops. We repair every revision from R1 to R7.
The m series replaced the older numbered Alienware laptops with a thinner, lighter design. Each revision, from R1 to R7, changed the cooling, the processor and the graphics, so the right parts depend on the exact revision.

Which revision do you have?
The revision is printed on the label underneath the laptop, for example 'm15 R4'. It matters, because screens, fans, batteries and boards differ between revisions. If you can't find it, bring the laptop in and we'll identify it.

Common questions
My m15 overheats and the fans are very loud. Can you fix it?
Usually. A full strip, clean and repaste restores proper cooling. If a fan or heatpipe has failed, we replace it.
Can a failed graphics chip in an m17 be repaired?
In many cases, yes. Board-level graphics repairs start from £245 including VAT and carry a 90-day warranty.
Can you collect my Alienware m series from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
