The colourful 24 inch iMac is barely thicker than a tablet. We repair the M1, M3 and M4 models.
The Apple silicon iMac fits the whole computer into the chin beneath a 4.5K display, and takes its power from an external adapter. Memory and storage are part of the logic board.

Check the power adapter first
This iMac's power supply is an external brick with a magnetic connector, and on many models the Ethernet port is in the brick too. If the iMac won't turn on, the adapter is the first thing we test, which costs you nothing.
What can't be upgraded
Memory and storage are built into the logic board, so they can't be increased later. If you're short of space, we can set up external storage or help you move to a new Mac.

Common questions
Can a cracked 24 inch iMac screen be replaced?
Yes. The display is replaced as a complete panel and bonded to the case with new adhesive.
Can you recover my files if this Mac won't turn on?
On this generation the storage is part of the logic board and is encrypted by the Mac's own security chip, so it can't simply be removed and read. Getting the data back means repairing the logic board far enough to copy it off, which is exactly what our component-level repair is for. See Mac data recovery.
Can you collect my iMac from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
