Screens and keyboards
The most common Chromebook repairs are cracked screens and damaged keyboards. On Flip models the touchscreen and the glass are one assembly, so a crack usually means replacing the whole display.

Common questions
Will I lose my files if my Chromebook is repaired?
Usually not. Most of what you do on a Chromebook is saved to your Google account, so it comes back when you sign in. Anything kept only in the Downloads folder is stored on the device itself, so tell us if there is something there you need.
Can you fix a Chromebook that says ChromeOS is missing or damaged?
Usually, yes. In most cases the system can be recovered and reinstalled. If the storage has failed, the board may need repair.
Can you collect my Asus Chromebook from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
