The ZenBook is Asus's thin, light premium laptop. We repair the ZenBook 13, 14 and 15, the Flip, and the dual-screen Duo and Pro Duo.
ZenBooks are slim metal laptops with very good screens, many of them OLED. The Duo and Pro Duo add a second touchscreen above the keyboard. Their thinness means the screen is a sealed assembly and some models have memory soldered to the board.

OLED and dual-screen repairs
An OLED ZenBook needs an OLED replacement panel to look the way it did. On Duo models the main display and the second screen are separate parts, so only the damaged one needs replacing. We identify the exact panels and quote for each.

Common questions
Can you replace just the second screen on a ZenBook Duo?
Yes. The main display and the ScreenPad above the keyboard are separate parts, and we replace whichever has failed.
Can the battery in a ZenBook be replaced?
Yes. It is internal, but we open the laptop and fit a genuine Asus battery. Battery replacements start from £95 including VAT.
Can you collect my Asus ZenBook from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
