Dell Precision mobile workstations run CAD, rendering and analysis software all day. We repair the 3000, 5000 and 7000 series at component level.
The Precision range starts with the 3000 series, moves through the thin 5000 series, which shares its design with the XPS, and tops out with the 7000 series, which takes several drives and a great deal of memory. All use professional graphics certified for engineering and design applications.

Workstations with more than one drive
Many Precision 7000 models hold two or more SSDs, sometimes set up as a RAID. If a drive fails or the array breaks, don't rebuild it yourself. Our RAID data recovery team works in the same workshop and can recover the data before the laptop is repaired.

Common questions
Can you repair the professional graphics in a Precision?
In many cases, yes. Graphics faults are repaired at board level by reworking or replacing the chip, which costs far less than a new motherboard.
How much memory can you fit in my Precision?
It depends on the model. The 7000 series takes far more memory than the 3000 or 5000. Tell us the model and what you run, and we'll recommend an upgrade.
Can you collect my Dell Precision from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
