Upgrades
Most Nitro laptops have two memory slots, an M.2 slot and often a spare bay for a second drive. A memory and storage upgrade is quick, inexpensive and extends the life of the machine.

Common questions
My Nitro 5 overheats. What can be done?
A thermal service: we clean the fans and heatsinks and renew the thermal compound. That resolves most overheating.
Can you add a second drive to my Nitro?
On most models, yes. We fit the drive and set it up, and can move your games library or files onto it.
Can you collect my Acer Nitro from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
