Board-level repair
A failed graphics chip or power circuit on a Predator often leads to a quote for a whole new motherboard. We repair the board itself where possible, by reworking or replacing the failed component, which costs far less.

My Predator Helios shuts off when gaming. What is wrong?
Usually overheating. We service the cooling system first. If the fault remains, we test the power and graphics circuits at component level.
Can you replace a high refresh rate Predator screen?
Yes. We match the replacement to the original panel's size, resolution and refresh rate.
Can you collect my Acer Predator from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
