MacBook Pro M3, M4 and M5 repair, 2023 to 2026
The current MacBook Pro comes in 14 and 16 inch sizes with M3, M4 or M5 chips. We repair them all, including accidental damage that Apple's warranty doesn't cover.
Since late 2023 the 14 inch model has also been sold with the standard M3, M4 and M5 chips, taking the place of the old 13 inch MacBook Pro. All of these share the same design, with a Liquid Retina XDR display, MagSafe 3 and Thunderbolt ports.

Accidental damage isn't covered by the standard warranty
Apple's one-year warranty doesn't cover a dropped laptop, a cracked screen or a spill. If your Mac has had an accident, we can give you a free estimate for the repair so you can compare it with any other quote you've had.

Do you repair the newest M5 MacBook Pro?
Yes. Call us with the model and the fault. For the very latest machines we'll confirm parts availability before you bring it in.
Can you recover my files if this Mac won't turn on?
On this generation the storage is part of the logic board and is encrypted by the Mac's own security chip, so it can't simply be removed and read. Getting the data back means repairing the logic board far enough to copy it off, which is exactly what our component-level repair is for. See Mac data recovery.
Can you collect my Mac from Fulham or Central London?
Collection and return can be arranged for homes and offices across Fulham and Central London. Ask when you call 020 7237 6805 and we'll confirm what's possible for your postcode. You're also welcome to bring it to the workshop at Willow Walk, SE1, Monday to Saturday.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Parts we fit and motherboard repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If the same fault comes back in that time, bring the machine in and we'll put it right.
